All professional services provided by Mechanikos — including digital strategy, creative production, technology development, and marketing — are governed by separate written agreements signed between Mechanikos and the client.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mechanikos disclaims all warranties including:

• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• That the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
• That results or outcomes described in case studies or portfolio work will be replicated in other contexts.
• That the Site will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Mechanikos and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed MYR 500, regardless of the basis of the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
