Complex Billing at National Scale

Telekom Malaysia (TM) required a robust and efficient billing solution to manage its wide range of customers, specifically aiming to streamline billing metrics for core ministries and government environments.

The legacy data ecosystem faced critical friction hurdles in dynamic modular integration:

  • Integration Complexity: The engine had to tie seamlessly into massive infrastructure parameters, bridging TM's existing core Business Support System (BSS) and Operational Support System (OSS).
